One purpose of the ConstantConnect Program is to keep us constantly connected to the MLS database of housing information and transaction documents. It is an all-in-one Multiple Listing Service (MLS) solution with an embedded Transaction Management System (TMS) which will seamlessly connect Realtors with their buyers, sellers, and any of their real estate service providers, along with all the MLS data, documents/forms, and business processes involved in a real estate transaction. The automation capabilities and collaboration tools will ultimately lead to a smoother transaction.
For buyers, the program will notify us of any changes which occur within our customized search parameters. If a new home comes on the market, has a price reduction or goes under contract in an area we are looking in, WE WILL BE INSTANTLY NOTIFIED up to twice daily by email (or fax or I will call you!). We won't miss a step.
You can login through my website (go to my client login) or anywhere on the web with your own login name and secure password which I will set up for you. There you can view new properties, store the information of homes you are interested in and retrieve all of that information 24/7.
You can email me if you want me to follow up on a property and I will call the listing agent and get us in to see it ASAP! It is connected to my Blackberry, so I don't need to be at my computer to get your message.

How can you be more involved in your transaction?
For sellers, we will set you up in my Constant Connect Market Watch program. Together we will search current both closed AND active properties in our area.We wil not only identify market value, but we will identify who our current competiors are as well as our future ones. Our Market Watch system will search the database of information and inform us of what's is happening in the active real estate market. We will be the first to know. We will get daily market updates on properties in your area (or areas) including if there is a new listing , a contract pending, a price reduction or if a property is taken off the market. We need to know what is happening within our specific market and this will alert us daily. This information is invaluable to our marketing plan. We don't need to rely on getting this information from the neighborhood rumor mill.

• View property listings I send you and easily notify me of your interest or questions regarding any of the properties;
• Review CMA reports I prepare and send you while providing me with your feedback;
• Review and print real estate forms I send you (contracts, disclosures, addendums, etc.);
• Receive and upload documents online instead of by fax. Share them with other participants in the transaction. (It’s Fast, Clear, and Convenient!);
