home sweet home

When you are deciding on which realtor to choose I know there are many variables to include in your decision making process.

However are you only focusing on the agent side of the equation? Shouldn't you also be looking at the product side?

What is the product side?

The actual built structure. The house, the condominium, the townhome, the highrise building or the investment property.

With me as your real estate representative, you will not only be hiring a real estate associate who will bring all of the available resources to the search or sale of the property, but you will also have at your service a veteran of the Chicago construction market with over fifteen years of experience who knows the 'good' properties from the 'bad' .

Whether you are a buyer or seller, my knowledge of the construction industry is a huge benefit and resource to have as your real estate agent and a red flag may be spotted earlier in the process to avoid potential future deal breakers.

My mission is to successfully apply all of my wide range of sales and management skills to achieve the highest level of service and customer satisfaction to the clients I serve.

Please use this website as a resource in helping you make an educated decision when deciding whom to choose as your next real estate representative.

A short history

I grew up in a home where quality was instilled into my character at a very young age. "If you’re going to do it, DO IT RIGHT" was my dad’s continuously reinforced mantra of how we should live our lives. That and how to give a good handshake.

I attended St Ignatius High School in Cleveland, a Jesuit-based high school located in downtown Cleveland. I then moved to Cincinnati where I received my Bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati graduating cum laude honors.

I moved to Chicago and attended the University of Illinois Chicago Architecture program. Upon receiving my Masters of Architecture and graduating with cum laude honors, I founded the Gramata Design & Construction, Company, a design-build company focusing on client-based residential renovation.

In 1999, I refocused the company goals to include real estate sales and development and founded the Gramata Development Company. The company continued its mission to deliver to the public creative, contemporary, quality design and construction projects.

In 2002, I received my real estate agent license that I used as a tool for my development business. I would diligently study the neighborhoods on a daily basis, looking for trends and potential investment or development opportunities. After finding an appropriate property, I would design, construct, market then sell the single family residence to a suitable buyer.

In 2005, in an effort to remain energized and foster both my professional and personal growth, I announce a revised business plan my company launched which made residential real estate sales and marketing the primary business focus, with a secondary commitment to residential housing development.

While continuing my company mission towards residential development and marketing residential real estate and to help grow our company services, I decided to 'hang' my broker's license with Keller Williams Lincoln Park Realty because of its commitment to my core principles of integrity, service and a desire for success and personal growth. They are the fastest growing real estate company in the nation with over 2,500 agents joining the company each month.

Unlike most of the other brokerages that are owned by large corporate conglomerates (e.g. Coldwell Banker, Koenig & Strey, Prudential) whose priorities are to the stockholders, KW is an "agent-centric" company which has never grown by merger or acquisition, but rather by word of mouth and a growing reputation (and display) of quality and excellence.

In addition to my unending commitment and dedication to my family. some of my interests include marathon running, guitar playing, scuba diving, photography, sports, and I enjoy playing cards now and again. I am involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as well as acting Ad Sales Committee Chair with the March of Dimes Organization helping both in their fundraising efforts . In addition, I am a member of the Chicago Home Builder's Association, the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. We recently received the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award as Top Residential Producer in 2007.

I look forward to talking with you about my goals and experiences and my interest in serving as your real estate consultant and would love to discuss how our partnership would best serve your goals and be a win-win situation for both of us.

Sincerely,
