To all of my prospective sellers I offer a free consultation meeting with NO OBLIGATIONS.

We can meet you at your home where we can discuss in more detail the marketing plan and sales strategies I would implement in selling your home. I would bring a comprehensive market analysis which would compare your residence with other comparable properties in your area. This report will include color photos and specific room counts, dimensions, etc. I can show you some samples of my marketing products such as my ads, dvd's or flyers. We can walk around the house and I will give you my expert advise. Equally as important, we will make sure we feel comfortable working with each other.

a) clients consent after full disclosure; or
b) REALTORS® are required by court order; or
c) it is the intention of a client to commit a crime and the information is necessary to prevent the crime; or
